If you’re an exceptionally detail-oriented, proactive problem solver who anticipates technical shifts and excels in Salesforce/Pardot, website optimization, and native, API, and third-party integrations—keep reading.
Imagine being the driving force behind the systems that power our marketing engine. In this role, you’ll help architect and manage our marketing technology ecosystem, ensuring platforms like Salesforce, Pardot, and Marketing Cloud run seamlessly to support high-performing campaigns and accurate reporting.
Working closely with the Marketing Operations Manager, you’ll configure platforms, implement integrations, and maintain the data and tracking infrastructure that keeps everything running smoothly—empowering the team to execute with confidence, measure performance effectively, and continuously improve results.
If you thrive on solving technical challenges and making complex systems work together, this is a meaningful opportunity to shape how our marketing operates and grows!
The position is for you if:
- You are a confident, resourceful, and highly motivated self-starter who can work independently and doesn't require someone looking over your shoulder all day.
- You execute with speed and decisiveness.
- You are a BIG THINKER and a team player who prioritizes Unique Ability Teamwork over ego.
- You have a relentless commitment to continuous self-improvement and company growth.
- You have a positive nature, you see opportunity within every technical challenge.
- You have high standards for your work. Details matter to you. Data integrity matters to you. Results matter to you.
- You are HUNGRY and EAGER to learn, grow, and become part of a DREAM TEAM.
- You are proactive, not reactive. You consistently seek out and are aware of forecasted digital updates (like iOS privacy shifts) and take initiative to make changes before it’s too late.
We also want you to have:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of prior experience in Marketing Operations or a similar technical role in marketing.
- Salesforce and/or Pardot training (highly preferred).
- Proven experience managing high-level integrations and attribution modeling.
- Experience in a collaborative, high-growth environment.
- Skillset in Salesforce and Pardot configuration and administration.
- Implement and maintain tracking infrastructure across marketing platforms and web properties using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Technical Foresight: Proven ability to anticipate and solve for industry shifts (privacy updates, email deliverability changes).
- Integration Savvy: Use and knowledge of native, API, and third-party integrations.
- Collaboration: Ability to work smoothly within a "Unique Ability Teamwork" structure alongside tech and creative teams.
- Attention to Detail: A "triple-check" personality that ensures data is clean and systems work seamlessly.
- Adaptable & Flexible: Ability to pivot mid-project as company goals or digital landscapes shift.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Salesforce & Pardot Savvy: Support the technical health and configuration of Salesforce and Pardot in partnership with Marketing Operations
- KPI & ROI Tracking: Implement and maintain the technical connections between marketing platforms and analytics tools to ensure reliable data capture and accurate real-time reporting on campaign performance and ROI
- Proactive Technical Auditing: Stay ahead of digital updates (OS changes, privacy laws, browser shifts) and implement proactive changes to protect tracking and open rates.
- Website Optimization: Work alongside the website team to implement technical and design changes that support marketing tracking, conversion optimization, and platform integration.
- Webinar Administration: Manage and troubleshoot Zoom for webinars to ensure a first-class experience for our audience.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Communicate technical requirements clearly to the Tech team and Website team to ensure project alignment.
- System Innovation: Constantly look for opportunities to improve current systems and processes to be more effective and efficient.
