To keep you ahead of the game, we have three stages of membership that will guide you in accelerating your business growth.
Each stage carefully builds on the previous one by allowing you to strengthen your core growth components and gain game-changing strategies that help you run your business faster, easier, cheaper, and better.
You’re the one in control of your progress through your membership. Some stages take longer than others, and some entrepreneurs stay at a single stage for years (upwards of 30 in some cases), yet continue to learn, grow, and evolve. Exponentially.
The Signature Program: Foundation Level
Stage 1: Build a company that runs itself.
The Signature Program is your launch point in Strategic Coach®. It’s how and where you begin your journey. Through this stage of the Program, you’ll be coached on all the entrepreneurial tools and strategies you need to lay the foundation for creating a strong and thriving Self-Managing Company®.

Eligibility Requirements
- Have 3+ years of entrepreneurial experience at your current business.

The 10x Ambition Program: Multiplication Level
Stage 2: Multiply your company's success.
Stage 2: Multiplication
In The 10x Ambition Program, you'll innovate and expand to pave the way for the multiplication of your business and success through a Self-Multiplying Company™.

Stage 3: Experience competition-free expansion.

In The Free Zone Frontier Program, you’ll create an industry transformation that bypasses the competition and takes you where no one else has gone before, and get direct coaching and facilitation from Dan Sullivan on collaborative innovation with entrepreneurs worldwide.

The in-person and virtual workshop day consists of:

Large- and small-group discussions and activities addressing critical topics.
For our in-person workshops, we provide a healthy variety of catered breakfast, lunch, and snack options.
We don’t offer refunds for missed sessions, but we'll do our best to offer rescheduling options that match the missed session as closely as possible to accommodate these circumstances. In the rare event that a close match to the missed session is unavailable during a reasonable time frame, we will substitute a personalized Coaching Call by phone to keep you on track. We can’t stress enough, however, the benefits to you and to your group of attending your workshop as scheduled if at all possible.
Fees for The Strategic Coach Program are due before your first workshop. All members must pay their fees in full before attending the first session of the new year. When everyone knows that everyone else in the group has made the same financial investment, the entire group’s commitment to participate fully and get the most out of the year’s sessions deepens.
