My story begins with a summer job at a local accounting firm. I was ambitious and determined, and that drive eventually made me the youngest partner the firm ever had. Over the years, I created several businesses in the financial sector, each of which taught me something new about growth and leadership.

On the surface, I was thriving in the world of numbers. But I always sensed there was more to business than what appeared on a balance sheet. That intuition led me to explore psychology and search for deeper meaning in my work.

This search for meaning became a turning point. I realized that the traditional business model, especially in accounting, didn’t serve people who wanted to make a bigger difference. I saw it in my own life and the lives of other professionals. The system rewarded busyness, not impact.

Who hasn’t been caught in a cycle of working more and more but feeling less and less fulfilled?

That realization inspired me to create The Accountant Success Formula^™. I wrote the book and built the program to help accountants transform their practices. The focus is on building an efficient, client-focused business that supports a better quality of life. It’s about boosting profits, reducing working hours, and attracting ideal clients so you can lead at a higher level and still have time and energy for the things that matter most.

But my journey didn’t stop there. I launched Viking Academy as a platform for passionate, purposeful self-discovery. Viking Academy is about helping people explore the three dimensions of being human: body, mind, and spirit. The guiding principles are to take responsibility for your life, proactively improve yourself and your tribe, and make your mark on the world.
